This is agreement is between the name below and Bebe Beauty, LLC

FULL PAYMENT IS DUE IN CASH TWO MONTHS PRIOR TO WEDDING - GRATUITY IS NOT INCLUDED

BOOKINGS: To secure a date and time, a signed contract is required with a deposit of $100 due at the time of signing. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable after three (3) days of contract signing. Date and time are reserved once both deposit and contract are received from client.

DELAYS: A late fee of $25 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Makeup will be completed to client’s satisfaction. Ample time is given for each makeup upon booking. Acceptance of completed makeup application by client is acknowledgement by client that makeup is done to his/her satisfaction.

CANCELLATION: All deposits paid by client will be refunded if contract is cancelled within three (3) days of contract signing. After the 3 day grace period, should a client cancel the booked event or any service on a contract, the deposit will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION PART 2: If makeup artist cancels at any time or is unable to perform artist’s duties for any reason, the deposit paid will be fully refunded via method of deposit payment within two (2) weeks. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the deposit is the only liability to Bebe Beauty, LLC and any and all of the owners, employees and agents within cancellation grace period.

PARKING FEES: Where parking or valet fees are incurred, the amount will be due for payment on the day of the event.

LIABILITY: All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are skin care based and/or hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to 1 application and if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.

LIABILITY PART 2: Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, hair artist, Bebe Beauty LLC it’s owners, and all employees and agents from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reaction.

PAYMENT: The final balance due and any other expenses incurred for the event as one payment - no exceptions - unless at the discretion of the makeup artist. Final balance is to be paid one (2) months prior to wedding date. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person who has signed the booking contract. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Venmo, Zelle and CashApp.

SEVERABILITY: Any provisions of this agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with any of the law(s) of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

USE OF IMAGE: Unless prior discussed and approved, Bebe Beauty, LLC may use on it’s social media and other advertising. Client(s) agree to release any and all claims regarding use of his/ her image for such purposes. Client(s) also agrees to release the name and contact information of event planners and professional Photographers/Videographers.
